I am a culinary entrepreneur with a degree in Culinary Arts/Restaurant Management and Media Communications. Coming from a diverse background, I am knowledgeable in many cuisines.

I work as a personal chef, teach cooking classes, organize International culinary tours, develop and manufacture culinary products, menu consultant and food/travel journalist.
